Three of these programs cost you nothing. Integri-T is the exception: it is a paid guarantee. Since October 1, 2026 it is offered in collaboration with GBQ, and its price has come down: from $975 plus taxes when the seller pays for it, from $675 plus taxes when the buyer does. Rates can change without notice.
These four programs are not sales talk. They are tools I use to reduce your risk. A buyer who discovers water infiltration six months after closing does not need reassurance, they need coverage. A seller facing a hidden defect claim does not need encouragement, they need a lawyer on the phone.
